Do you offer bespoke services?

Yes, we do! If your home needs cleaning services that are not included in our standard tariffs please let us know and we will prepare a tailor-made quote that fits all of your requirements.

Are your cleaners insured?

Every cleaner that we send to your home is fully insured, which means that in case they break something or do damage to your property, we will cover all costs. The safety of your property and your belongings is our top priority.

Do you guarantee your services?

Yes, our services are 100% guaranteed, which means that if you are unhappy with the level of cleanliness we have provided, we will come back and clean again. We offer a full refund to customers who are not satisfied after the second cleaning.

I have a dog. Is that going to be a problem for the cleaners?

We don’t consider pets a problem. However, you have to let us know if you have a pet and if that pet is aggressive. The cleaners will not go into a home if they believe that the pet can be a threat to them.

Should I be at home during the cleaning?

No, you don’t have to be present during the cleaning. All you need to do is drop the keys to our office and we will do the rest. Please notify us if you have a security system in place. We advise our customers to put a code in just for the cleaning staff for safety reasons.

Am I required to provide any cleaning products and equipment?

No. We provide all cleaning supplies and equipment needed to clean your property. Our cleaning products are biodegradable and eco-friendly so you shouldn’t worry about the safety of your family and pets.

Should I choose regular or deep cleaning if I am using your services for the first time?

If you have never used professional cleaning services before and your home needs a good clean then you should choose the deep cleaning option. Regular and deep cleaning cover the same areas in your home however the regular cleaning is not as detailed as deep cleaning. Once your home has been cleaned by us and you require cleaning appointments for maintaining the cleanliness then you can book regular cleaning.

Booking Questions

Will I receive confirmation once I have booked?

As soon as you have booked your cleaning service, you will receive confirmation via email or telephone by our customer service team with the date and time of your booking. You can amend the booking up to 24 hours before the cleaning takes place.

How long will it take me to book your services online?

Our online booking forms are simple and very quick to fill in. Providing you don’t require a bespoke quote then it should take you no more than a minute to book.

Billing Questions

Am I obliged to give the cleaners tips?

No, you are not. However, if you are happy with the services and you wish to tip the cleaners you can do that by adding their tip to the bill and we will make sure they get it.

When do I have to pay?

You can pay at the time of booking or you can pay once the cleaning is completed. This is completely up to you.

Do you have a cancellation policy in place?

We offer free cancellation to all services if the cancellation is made 24 hours prior to the booking. Any cancellations made after that will be charged the full amount of the booking
